defective packaging resulting in 10 out of 12 glasses being delivered broken

the packaging was very flimsy and the box was delivered to us and upon opening later , we have found 10 out of 12 glasses broken … we called the courier guy immediately and informed him and even sent him pics but nothing has happened yet .. request you to either refund the amount or send 10 glasses replacement ( properly and safely packed )
