Very bad , I places order worth 14K , and never received, when I tired calling customer service , no one picked up , then I found a whatsapp chat only number, there I received response almost after 3-4 hours , whenever the customer service rep was avaialble , but they never interacted , rather they posted that my Order has been cancelled and that they will refund the money in 5-7 business days, pasted below: We are sorry for delaying and the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that your order has been cancelled due to some operational issues.
Your auto-refund will reflect in your bank account within 5-7 days.

This was received on 21 october , and today is 31 October , I have received no refund . Meanwhile they have sent me another response :
