Pathetic Experience

I had ordered a set of glasses along with set of towela but in place of my actual order, I received a jewelry box. When I tried raising a complaint, they got the box picked up but there is no update till date on my actual order or return. I have been following up on mail as well as call but nobody is answering. Really pathetic experience and a total waste of money.
