Poor customer service

Have recieved only 8 pieces from 12 excluding bowls dinner set. They dont respond to emails nor dms. Very poor customer service. Not recommended 👎

Very bad plates delivered broken and some scratched

Very bad as parcels delivered was broken and some scratched I didn't receive 1 parcel I had ordered 6 sage green sets and got 5 out of which one parcel was a different colour altogether and the customer care team was very unprofessional in dealing with the situation for replacement they kept me on call for almost 20 minutes keepin me on call hold for half of the time . finally I told them to take back everything and give me a replacement or refund. Hopefully they look into this matter Asap .

Product May be good but very bad packaging done . All 4 bowls broken and 2 dishes broken . Out of 12 items …. 6 broken . Advised not to buy their product .

Never received the product

I had a really hard time trying to chase you guys. Never got any response on my order status through phone or mails. I had to finally write to cancel the order (since it was COD, I thought that might be the reason). Have now reordered same products with prepayment hoping I receive the order.
